Murderer of demons is a very popular shonen action series starring the charming hero Tanjiro Kamado, who sets out to kill the monstrous Muzan Kibutsuji and find a cure for his demon sister, Nezuko Kamado. As a shonen hero, Tanjiro must fight many battles to get what he wants, and the same goes for his fellow demon slayers.
In the span of two seasons and a full-length movie, mugen train, Tanjiro and his demon slayer friends have fought many battles and won most of them. From this point on Murderer of demons anime, these are the members of the demon slayer corps who have won the most fights, either alone or in a group.
8 Sum / Makio / Hinatsuru: 1 win
The Sound Hashira, Tengen Uzui, has three beloved kunoichi companions who are ready to take on any demon on the battlefield. They are among the few proper ninjas in the demon slayer corps, and even if they lack Nichirin blades, they do know a few ways to slay demons.
These three kunoichi appeared in the Entertainment District story arc, and scored a group victory when they and Tengen defeated the powerful brother/sister duo Daki and Gyutaro. That was their only on-screen fight so far, but they still managed to win.
7 Shinobu Kochō: 1 win
The little insect Hashira, Shinobu Kocho, is noted for using deadly toxins to kill demons, as he lacks the strength to sever a demon’s head with his Nichirin sword. She made her first conspicuous appearance during the Spider Forest story arc, where she and Giyu came to the aid of Tanjiro’s group.
Shinobu confronted a member of Rui’s spider clan and toyed with her before using that toxin-laden sword to kill the demon with ease. Shinobu then tried to eliminate Nezuko, but of course Tanjiro, Giyu and the others wouldn’t let her.
6 Giyu Tomioka: 1 win
Giyu Tomioka is the current Water Hashira, which means that he and Tanjiro have something in common as water-breathing companions. Giyu was actually the first Hashira to appear, arriving on the scene shortly after Nezuko had turned into a demon. Giyu was convinced to let Nezuko live.
Giyu later returned during the Spider Forest story arc, and he personally killed the Lower Moon 5, Rui, with a single blow. Tanjiro had scored a temporary victory against Rui, but it was actually Giyu who landed the final blow and ended the fight properly.
5 Tengen Uzui: 1 win
Tengen Uzui the Sound Hashira made his big splashy appearance in the Entertainment District story arc, along with his three fellow kunoichi, and was determined to find and kill the powerful demon suspected of operating in the area. He even brought in Tanjiro’s squad to help.
Tengen won a temporary victory when he took Daki’s head off, but the fight wasn’t over yet. Daki’s protective brother, Gyutaro, emerged and the battle resumed, and Tengen was pushed to the limit in this protracted fight. Finally, he and his allies dealt the final blow to Daki and Gyutaro, achieving Tengen’s first true victory in the game. Murderer of demons anime
4 Kyojuro Rengoku: 2 wins
Kyojuro Rengoku is the energetic Flame Hashira, and was the star of the Mugen Train story arc. In a double-length episode in the anime, Kyojuro investigated a demon near the Mugen Train, and battled the bald-headed demon known as Slasher before scoring a comfortable victory.
Kyojuro and Tanjiro’s team then fought against the powerful Enmu, the Lower Moon 1, and slowly turned the tide of battle against him. Kyojuro and his younger allies scored a joint victory against Enmu, but tragically, Kyojuro soon lost to the terrifying Upper Moon 3, Akaza.
3 Zenitsu Agatsuma: 3 wins
Tanjiro’s ally, Zenitsu Agatsuma, can be annoying and cowardly at times, but there’s no denying his ability with the Thunder Breathing Style. Zenitsu got the first victory from him when he dispatched a lesser demon in Kyogai’s house, and that was just the beginning.
Zenitsu scored a joint victory with Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Kyojuro against the mighty Enmu, and then Zenitsu scored another joint victory with his team while fighting Daki and Gyutaro. However, it’s been a while since Zenitsu won a fight on his account. He is late for another duel.
two Inosuke Hashibira: 3 wins
The wild Inosuke Hashibira was raised by animals, which means he has keen instincts and well-honed senses to survive and track down demons, which comes in handy many times. Inosuke, like Zenitsu, won an early victory in the Kyogai house before moving on to bigger and better foes.
Inosuke did not fare as well against Rui’s spider family, and was unable to defeat the gigantic “father” spider. On the plus side, Inosuke contributed a lot to Enmu’s downfall, which counted as Inosuke’s second battle win in the series. Inosuke later shared a joint victory against Daki and Gyutaro, bringing his total to three.
1 Tanjirou Kamado: 7 wins
As expected of the shonen hero himself, Tanjiro has been in and won more fights than anyone in Murderer of demons. Tanjiro’s first major victory was against the massive hand demon, during the training exam, and then Tanjiro defeated the trio of teeth-gnashing demons with Nezuko’s help.
Tanjiro scored minor and major victories against many more enemies since then, including Inosuke himself, after they fought for Nezuko outside the Kyogai house. Tanjiro also won battles against Kyogai, Enmu, Daki/Gyutaro, and the “mother” of Rui’s spider family.
