The spring 2022 anime season has arrived as the winter 2022 anime season comes to an end. Time flies and we have completed our calculations for the anime that premiered this season here at Anime Corner.
In case you missed it, from January 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, Anime Corner conducted weekly polls, collected community feedback, and ranked weekly episode releases. Our surveys collected data from 50,197 individuals throughout the season, and our findings are based on the total amount of data collected so far.
From week 1 to week 11, we run weekly polls, followed by a season-ending poll titled “Anime of the Season” from March 25 to April 1, 2022.
The results of our final survey accounted for 55% of the weight in the score ranking, while the results of the weekly survey accounted for the remaining 45%. Over the course of eleven weeks, the 45 percent weight is distributed in various ways, resulting in multiple data sets that are then averaged.
This is a weighted ranking, and we chose this method to ensure that the end result is more balanced.
To ensure data integrity, we have taken steps to minimize spam and data duplication by logging each user’s IP address and allowing only one vote per option via that address for a single poll.
In other words, if you vote again incognito for a poll election, your vote will be discarded. If you haven’t voted yet, you can always return to a polling place to do so, as long as it remains open.

Before we go any further, we’d like to point out that certain shows, such as “Ranking of Kings,” were included in our weekly polls for data representation purposes only and were excluded from our season ranking calculations due to their season premieres and lack of coverage. seasonal gaps.
Also, the ratings below should not be used to influence your decision to watch series that are not ranked in the Top 10, as each show has its own distinctive style and everyone’s taste in anime is unique. This season was full of unexpected twists that we will certainly miss.
