For any good game worth its salt to drive an interesting narrative, there must be a protagonist and an antagonist. These can come as individuals or as teams, and evil organizations are a frequent occurrence in the game. While some have the intent to dominate or destroy the world, others simply exist to carry out evil deeds or crimes. There are even those who are not really bad people, they are simply being deceived. There is a lot of Pokemon villains that appear in the spin-off games, but it is the villain teams from the main series that are often analyzed and compared.
9 Team Yell are overzealous fans

With the state of President Rose as the main antagonist of sword and shield Kept secret for most of the game, their Macro Cosmos organization is barely highlighted until later stages. The shocking twist and reveal of Rose’s plan, a desperate attempt to secure a power source for Galar, sees him unleash Eternatus and wreak havoc.

The Aether Foundation is seen as a nice organization that makes the care and healing of injured Pokémon its top priority. However, it is later revealed that its president, Lusamine, is the main antagonist of the Sun and moon games.
Her obsession with Ultra Beasts following her husband’s disappearance overshadows all the work they’ve done, with a handful of employees supporting her. Ultimately, this turns the Aether Foundation, or at least a fraction of it, into an evil organization. The player can fight Lusamine and Faba, as well as various employees.
4 The Aqua and Magma teams want different things, but their extreme goals do have them similarities

Upon their introduction, they seem to be more like Team Rocket focusing on stealing Pokémon. Their leader, Ghetsis, raises the stakes and intensity around his actions.

1 Team Galactic takes ambitious villainy to the next level
After the previous generation divided their villains between Ruby and Sapphirebeing Team Magma and Team Aqua the respective villains of their particular games, diamond and pearl he turned his attention back to an organization. Team Galactic was given much more focus.
With the despicable Cyrus at the helm, Galactic’s plans aren’t limited to the immediate Pokémon world.
