naruto is one of the most popular anime and shonen manga series of all time. Over its run, the series has introduced a ton of characters that were important to the plot. While some of the characters stuck to their personalities and traits, there were some that were hit or miss.
While some were unpredictable in their behavior, others were quite unpredictable in how they fought. Let’s take a look at some of the most unpredictable characters in the series.

<p>Orochimaru was one of the most cunning and evil characters in the series. He was also constantly looking for ways to rise to power and usually ended up killing a few people to get there as well. </p>
<p>He was searching for a vessel during the course of the series, disrupting the Chunin Exams and even going as far as invading Konoha as well. Orochimaru was extremely cunning and most of what he did was also quite unexpected.</p>

Kabuto followed in his master’s footsteps and seemed like he was always up to something. He was also responsible for many deaths and often brought test subjects for Orochimaru as well.
One of the most unexpected things he did was master Sage Mode. This was something not many people could do and it showed the true potential of him as a shinobi. Kabuto is severely underrated in the series.
6) Tobirama

Tobirama was a powerful shinobi and the Uchihas didn’t really trust him. Tobirama also felt the same way about them. Madara always had doubts about what he would do to the Uchiha clan.
Tobirama was also extremely smart as he invented some of the most advanced jutsus like the Edo Tensei and Flying Raijin. Nobody really knew what he would do every time he appeared on screen, especially during a fight.
7) Hiruzen

<p>Hiruzen was nicknamed the God of Shinobi due to his ability to perform jutsus and his overall strength. But he didn’t actually show his powers in the series, so fans always wondered about his powers. </p>
<p>In that sense, he was unpredictable as fans weren’t aware of the techniques he had in his arsenal that he could use during a fight. </p>

<p>Gaara, before the One Tail was taken out of him, was quite unstable and unpredictable. Shukaku often took over his body and Gaara did things without being able to control his emotions. </p>
<p>His appearance in the Chunin Exams was quite scary as he looked like a psychopath who had an intense thirst for blood. He killed everyone who got in his way and almost ended up getting rid of Rock Lee as well.</p>
