Goku’s Strongest Form Is Nothing Next To Dragon Ball’s Scariest Villain

While Moro is shocked to see a Saiyan wielding the power of a god, the sorcerer isn’t the least bit worried. As Goku trained, Moro traveled through the cosmos consuming planet after planet, becoming stronger than ever. When he unleashes the true power of him, Moro demolishes Goku until the Saiyan doesn’t have enough energy to continue using Ultra Instinct Sign.

The fact that Moro was able to withstand and even outmatch Goku while the Saiyan used even a fraction of Ultra Instinct speaks to the sorcerer’s raw power. When Goku first achieved Ultra Instinct during the Tournament of Power, the God of Destruction Beerus was completely taken aback and actually showed signs of concern when Goku unlocked an ability that he couldn’t.

Moro proved to be more powerful even than Lord Beerus in this chapter, demonstrating his strength by defeating Goku while the Saiyan wielded Ultra Instinct. While this is an impressive feat, it doesn’t cement Moro as the most powerful villain in Dragon Ball. Moro relies completely on the magic and power that he can draw from consuming planets. He removes that stolen power and is nothing more than a wrinkled form of his former powerful self.
