How many one-piece fillers are there?

One piece it’s a mammoth from an anime. With over 1000 episodes, it can be quite a daunting task to start watching the series. However, like any long-running anime, the story has filler episodes and arcs that make up the full length, and One piece has over 100 of them. That’s about 10% of the entire series.

A filler is an episode or arc in which nothing happens that affects the story in the long run. There is no character development, no returning characters outside of the main cast, and it is generally considered non-canon. Fillers happen when the anime’s story catches up with or catches up with the manga, so the studio needs to stop time to wait for more chapters to be released. These episodes cannot progress the plot because they are not written by the mangaka and thus they do not know where the story is going.

The “G-8” bow is the perfect showcase of what it does One piece so popular, as each of the Straw Hats shines in their own way. It’s easily one of the funniest arcs, with cool bits like the Condorian mix-up and Luffy’s rather weird hiding place for the octopus balloon. Not to mention, it’s a joy to watch the arc’s main villain, Vice Admiral Jonathan, as he uses his wits and patience to try and capture the noisy crew that has infiltrated his base.

One Piece Movie: Strong World is another great watch as it is easily one of, maybe even the best One piece movie. It’s a gripping story with a great main villain and incredible action. like the first One piece film to be written by Eiichiro Oda himself, the quality is second to none. Before that, though, it’s crucial to see the “Little East Blue” arc of the main series. It’s a fun introduction to the movie and provides great nostalgic moments as the East Blue crew members enjoy things around their home.

None of these fillers affect the story in any way, but when it comes to a series like One pieceit’s hard not to be amused watching the adventures of the Straw Hat Pirates from start to finish.
