Incredible Black Cat Body Paint Cosplay Shows Off Marvel’s Latest Anti-Hero

Black Cat gears up for a heist in a stunning new Marvel Comics cosplay from @KayPikeFashion that shows Felica Hardy in action.

Felicia Hardy has become one of the most popular anti-heroes in the Spider-Man universe, and in a new cosplay, @kaypikefashion shows why. Black cat has caught the attention of so many readers. In an incredible body paint cosplay that brings to life the Ultimate Universe version of Black Cat, the talented cosplayer shows off a striking ensemble that captures the look of the hero in an extremely unique way.

Black Cat first appeared in The amazing Spider Man #194 by Marv Wolfman and Keith Pollard, as Felicia Hardy would become a major figure in Spider-Man’s life. With the ability to turn her luck in her favor, the Black Cat is one of the best thieves in the Marvel Universe, as her heists often bring her into conflict with Spider-Man. Black Cat and Spider-Man have been paired romantically in the comics many times, but Felica has become a more trusted ally in modern comics than her girlfriend. Despite the character’s popularity, Black Cat’s costumed appearance has never appeared in live-action films, such as Felicity Jones’s version of Felica Hardy in The incredible Spider-Man 2 he never made the transformation into his iconic thief character.

About his Twitter account, artist, cosplayer and streamer @kaypikefashion shared her thoughts on the Ultimate version of Black Cat. That version of Black Cat was drawn to Spider-Man as a hero, but upon unmasking him during a particularly tantalizing moment and seeing his youthful appearance, she panicked, threw up, and left him hanging after he revealed his true self. Ultimate Black Cat wore a slightly different costume than his Earth-616 counterpart, as he wore clear glasses on his mask, had cat ears, and wore a blonde wig. Body paint cosplay manages to bring those details to life, as it’s hard to believe that most of Black Cat’s look is made of paint.

If you click on @KayPikeFashion’s body paint cosplay video above, you can see her holding a pearl necklace as Black Cat appears to have pulled off a successful heist. It looks like the Marvel Comics anti-hero was lifted straight from the pages of the Ultimate Spider-Man comic.

It’s not unusual to see Black Cat cosplays, as the Felicia Hardy costumed character is a popular character for cosplayers. But, by using body paint and tackling the Ultimate version of the Marvel Comics anti-hero as opposed to the Earth-616 version, @KayPikeFashion created something amazing and unique. It’s a big twist on Black cat that’s the most effort possible when it comes to a single cosplay.
