Megumi Fushiguro is a third of jujutsu kaisen leading trio. Although she believes that helping people is her duty, Megumi does not want to be considered a hero. She strictly adheres to these ideals. Although Nobara complains about Megumi’s reserved behavior and her unwillingness to openly talk about her past, it is understandable given her rather complicated backstory.
While Megumi is certainly not the most outgoing jujutsu sorcerer on the block, she has proven to be a reliable and trustworthy friend. Given the chance, Megumi would find friends from various different animes, especially if they could empathize with his backstory or share the same values as him.
10 Shinji and Megumi would share similar philosophies about the world
Viewers often misunderstand Shinji Ikari from Neon Genesis Evangelion. There is a heated debate about whether he is a good lead or not. However, he and Megumi would get along quite well. They would be able to empathize with others’ backgrounds and would understand others’ points of view.
Although their personalities are significantly different, they do have several apparent similarities. Shinji and Megumi share similar philosophies about the world. Megumi’s quote, “The only thing that is given equally to all is an unfair reality”, will no doubt resonate with Shinji.
9 Megumi would get along with Seijuro Akashi
Although Megumi is not a basketball player, she would be friends with Seijuro Akashi from kuroko’s basketball. Although he initially seems like one of the scariest characters in anime, Seijuro is actually a respectful and caring person once his outward personality wears off. He is always around to boost the morale of his team, to the point where the rest of his team can join Seijuro in the “Zone”.
If Megumi and Seijuro met, they would easily become friends. Their personalities would complement each other. They are both introverts but in different ways. While Megumi is more aloof and not the friendliest person, Seijuro is a bit more expressive and outgoing. They would understand each other on a deep level and become great friends.
8 Megumi would respect Guts’ strength and perseverance
Despite all the trauma Guts has endured during crazed, he has become a stronger person thanks to that. When he discovered his true passion for fencing, Guts’s world changed. He has endured unfathomable trials throughout his life, but Guts demonstrated his perseverance throughout. Even when victory seems impossible, Guts overcomes the odds and lives to fight another day.
Megumi would certainly respect her resilience and determination. Guts could become a mentor figure to Megumi if they ever meet. Since Guts has pretty much seen it all, he could pass on much of his wisdom to Megumi in a way that would encourage him to become an even stronger sorcerer.
7 Megumi and Atsushi have similar ideals and would make a great team.
Megumi and Atsushi Nakajima from Bungo Stray Dogs they have similar senses of justice, and both are willing to do whatever it takes to save others. Both Megumi and Atsushi believe that given their respective abilities, it is their duty to protect the innocent. While Megumi only believes that good people deserve to be saved, Atsushi tries to empathize with his enemies.
If they were to team up in a fight, Megumi and Atsushi would make a strong team. Between Megumi’s Ten Shadows technique and Atsushi’s Beast Beneath The Moonlight, any opponent who goes against them will be defeated in an instant.
6 Megumi would respect Erza Scarlet’s strength

Although she seems abrasive at first, she is a kind person who acts as a peacemaker for the guild. She is responsible and keeps some of the louder members at bay. Despite her tragic and exploitative childhood, Erza grew into a strong person and seeks to protect the innocent from suffering.
Megumi would certainly respect Erza’s strength and ideals. Although her ideals may clash over who exactly deserves to be saved, they would agree that her job is to save the good people of the world. Also, if Megumi and Erza ever got together, they would make an amazing duo. They are both strategic fighters who can quickly turn a battle in their favor.
5 Megumi and Levi Ackerman would make a strong team
Levi Ackerman from attack on titan he would certainly become friends with Megumi. Both are among the strongest in their respective organizations, but neither gets cocky about it. Both Megumi and Levi are also incredibly loyal to their friends. It would be a terrible day for all of their enemies if they united.
Their demeanor in battle would also complement each other. Levi and Megumi would play to each other’s strengths during a fight while encouraging each other to grow from their weaknesses. Instead of going for the kill, Megumi will hesitate to unleash her full power due to collateral damage. Since Levi is more decisive, he would help Megumi break out of that mindset so she can focus on winning the battle at hand.
4 Kurapika and Megumi are very similar, but they would make an incredibly powerful duo.
Kurapika’s hunter x hunter and Megumi have similar personality types. They are both sensible and calculating people who care deeply about their friends. They understand the potential of its power and the potential dangers it could unleash. However, they would find camaraderie and understanding with each other due to their complicated pasts, even though they come from very different backgrounds.
Furthermore, they both have impressive strengths that surpass the other characters in their respective series. Kurapika is among one of Hunter X Hunter’s the strongest Nen users, while Megumi’s Ten Shadows Cursed technique gives her the potential to outmatch even the most powerful casters. If they were to team up, all enemies within a 50 mile radius should fear them.
3 Jotaro could become a mentor figure for Megumi
While Megumi would have felt out of place among the stardust crusaderswould get along with Jotaro Kujo, especially in later parts of jojo’s bizarre adventure. Particularly during part four, Jotaro would surely take Megumi under his wing. They are both quite expressionless and unpleasant to those who have recently met them.
Both Jotaro and Megumi were also delinquents in their past, with Jotaro being a tough high school student and Megumi always fighting bullies in high school. They would get along pretty well, and Jotaro would probably become a mentor to Megumi like he did to the gang in part four.
two Shoto and Megumi have a lot more in common than one would think.
Besides their obvious similarities, Shoto Todoroki from my hero academia has more in common with Megumi than it initially seems. They both come from complicated backgrounds regarding their families and their personalities are almost identical. However, one significant similarity between the two stands out: both limited their powers.
Shoto refrained from using his right side because it unleashed the flames he inherited from his abusive father. On the other hand, Megumi refrained from unleashing all of her jujutsu powers because she believes that sacrificing herself for the good of others can fix everything in the worst case. Although the quirks are very different from the cursed energy, Shoto and Megumi could understand each other due to their similar backstories and how they relate to their abilities.
1 Megumi and Giyu Tomioka were in similar situations
Giyu Tomioka is the Water Hashira in Murderer of demons. He is a pragmatic individual with a keen sense of justice. Although he follows the laws of the Demon Slayer Corps, he still violated them in order to protect Nezuko. Like Giyu, Megumi knew that saving Yuji would violate the Jujutsu code of conduct; however, she urged Satoru to protect and help her new friend.
They would be able to empathize with each other based on such coincidentally similar circumstances. Megumi and Giyu are also aloof people with strong philosophies about justice and why they chose their respective paths of jujutsu sorcery and demon slaying. They would also respect each other’s impressive strengths: Megumi with cursed techniques and Giyu with her immense water breathing abilities.
